For early-career private practitioners
The Practice Room
A monthly conversation for therapists just starting out โ one country, one senior practitioner at a time. Bring your real questions about building a private practice. No lectures, just honest answers from someone who's done it.
๐ฑ
First 1-3 years in practice
You've got your license, maybe a few clients โ but no steady pipeline, no mentor down the hall, and a lot of questions nobody around you can answer.
๐ฌ
Real questions, real answers
Submit what you're actually stuck on โ pricing, marketing, licensing, no-shows, burnout โ and a senior practitioner answers live, not in theory.
๐
A different country each month
Private practice looks different in Kathmandu than in Bangalore. We rotate the spotlight so the advice stays specific to where you practice.

Questions
Who is this for?
Psychologists, psychiatrists, and counsellors in their first 1-3 years of private practice โ especially if you're struggling to get your first clients, unsure how to price sessions, or feel isolated without a senior mentor nearby.
What happens in a session?
A senior practitioner from one country joins for 30-40 minutes. Before the session, attendees submit real questions โ how to get your first 10 clients, how to price sessions, how to handle no-shows, licensing across borders. The speaker answers live. No slides, no pitch โ just a working conversation.
Is it free?
Yes, always free. Recordings and write-ups are published afterward so anyone who couldn't attend live can still benefit.
How often does it run?
Monthly, alternating between Nepal and India for now. We'll add more countries as the program grows.
I'm a senior practitioner โ can I speak?
Yes โ if you've built a private practice and want to help the next generation, we'd love to have you. Reach out via the link below.
Starting out and stuck? You're not the only one.
